Our Story

What do you do when something is broken? At Markë One, we decided to fix it.

When Markë One was born from a divested division of an established company of nearly 20 years, our leadership team recognized the need for a different kind of company – one that offers a different kind of marketing solution. The piecemeal system that most companies provide for promotional items no longer works for the way business is done today. We set out to create a system that does.

All too common, marketing departments are understaffed and under-budgeted and routinely expected to do more with less. At the same time, the fantastic creative minds that amass amazing campaign concepts are also tasked with executing otherwise non-creative processes leading to gross inefficiency, challenged deadlines, frustration, stress, etc.

As we built our company, we recognized the need for consulting in the marketing supply chain. We decided to put the focus on building relationships, not just selling a product. We want to understand the unique needs and challenges your company faces, so we can meet those needs and overcome those challenges – together.

Our goal has always been to build a bigger and better marketing solution, but not at the expense of the personal attention you deserve. We regularly hear from customers, “Wow, I’ve never experienced service like that before!” We change the way you deal with your marketing supply chain while providing unparalleled service specific to your needs. We want to earn your “Wow!”

Our dedication to being a different kind of company is summed up by the umlaut in our name. An umlaut sets apart the vowel it hovers over. And that’s what we’ve always strived for at Markë One – to be a company set apart by our innovation and our service.

We saw the opportunity to improve not only the promotional products process but expand into other areas of the supply chain that suffer from the same inefficiencies. This quickly led to opportunities in uniforms, safety gear, human resources, etc. For many companies, these embody brand impressions and become extensions of brand marketing.

Given the dramatic changes in the workforce and remote work options, many companies are finding "marketing" to internal customers has become more important than ever. Our employee engagement programs have become critical components of clients' Human Resource efforts.

Let our story become a part of your story as we walk together into the future of marketing, optimizing its unique supply chain.
